[VIN BIG DATA RECRUITMENT] PROGRAM COORDINATOR PART-TIME
The AI Engineer Training Program at Vingroup Corporation has been implemented since August 2020 with the aim of building a high-quality technology engineer team, capable of solving practical problems and meeting the technology resource needs within the ecosystem of the Corporation and the domestic scientific and technological community.
To support the implementation of the training, the Program needs to recruit 01 full-time Program Coordinator with the following job description and specific requirements:
📌 Job description:
Coordinate and organize admissions
Support program communication
Assist in organizing training classes, student management, teaching and learning quality supervision, and student learning outcomes reporting
Contact and coordinate with training units, lecturers, and teaching assistants
Coordinate the implementation with internship units, and report on student internship outcomes
Support student program withdrawal procedures and transfers
Assist in organizing events, seminars within the program framework
Support administrative procedures, correspondence, and settlement of program expenses
Other tasks as required by the Program Director
📌 Requirements:
English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Good communication skills
Excellent office computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), proficient in using some basic functions in Excel
Quick, active, careful, and highly responsible in work
Teamwork spirit
