💥 On the morning of June 3rd, PVcomBank and Foreign Trade University (FTU) held the launch ceremony for the “Project-Based Learning” initiative. This program integrates PBL activities with the second internship of the Advanced program (which includes three internships from the first to the third year). The program will run for four weeks (from June 3rd to June 28th) every morning. Each student will be assigned a mentor from PVcomBank. Students will be trained at both the headquarters and branches on various topics such as banking products, operational models, customer outreach through telesales, market analysis, and direct product consultation with their mentors. At the end of each week, students must submit a report and receive feedback from their mentors and faculty advisors from the Finance and Banking Department.

PVcomBank also pledged to work closely with the university in training, internships, and recruitment, offering practical learning opportunities and potential employment for students. Through these internships, the bank aims to identify outstanding FTU students for future recruitment.
From FTU, Associate Professor Dr. Phạm Thu Hương emphasized that the university’s educational philosophy focuses on practical engagement, honesty, responsibility, and creativity. FTU is dedicated to training and career guidance, providing high-quality human resources to society. This initiative allows the university to expand its network of partners and enhance practical content in courses, offering students hands-on experience and professional skills.
💫 At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Quang Trung introduced PVcomBank and detailed the PBL initiative.
