Introduction of Financial Analysis and Investment program

Our BSc Financial Analysis and Investment inherits and develops from the fundamental strengths of Foreign Trade University. It aims to provide workforces in the banking and finance sector who meet the requirement of ethics, professional standards with basic and comprehensive knowledge in the field of banking and finance, as well as the fluent use in foreign languages such as English, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian. Besides, students have chances to develop soft skills and professional skills in response to the future working environment.

The highlight of this bachelor’s program is that it is designed in line with international academic and practical standards. Students have chances to study in the UK and other English-speaking countries under the 2+2 or 3+1 programs. They are well-prepared and/or exempt from many subjects when applying for international professional certifications such as Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB), Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF), Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), etc.

Bachelors in Financial Analysis and Investment can become investment and credit appraisers, risk managers, financial experts, accountants and controllers; working in import/export or finance department; performing banking and finance operations at financial institutes, research institutes, and state agencies, etc.
